7-day money-back guarantee

If ImageDXF Pro or a Day Pass doesn't work for your files, email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full. Include the email address you paid with or your checkout ID. No questions asked.

Subscriptions

Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the “manage” link in the converter or from your receipt email; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. The 7-day guarantee applies to each payment, including renewals. After 7 days we don't refund partial periods.

Day Pass

A Day Pass is a one-time payment that gives Pro for 24 hours from the moment of purchase. It never renews.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, Pro access for that purchase ends.
