Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Outline tracing, real-size DXF 2007 / R12 and SVG export and the machine check are free, with 5 downloads a day and images up to 2000 px. No account, no card.
Which plan should I pick?
One job to finish today: the Day Pass. Cutting every week: Pro Monthly. Using it all year: Pro Yearly, which works out at about $4 a month.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the “manage” link next to your plan in the converter or from your Creem receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; you won't be charged again.
Do I need an account?
No. Pro unlocks in the browser you paid in. To use it on another device, open Restore purchase and paste the checkout ID shown after payment and in your receipt email.
What if Pro doesn't work for my files?
Email us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. See the refund policy.
Who handles the payment?
Creem, our merchant of record, processes payments and handles sales tax / VAT. We never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars; tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
